This is a template for writing theses at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.

PDF-A compatibility

It is enough to add --pdf-standard a-2u to the compiler arguments to get a valid PDF-A according to school guidelines. The template passes PDF-A validation using the official profile. You can also try the validation yourself using the following Docker container.

Licensing

This template includes the logo of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics saved in the img/ directory. Usage conditions for the logo are available here. The rest of the package is distributed under the MIT license. For the template/ folder, the MIT No-Attribution license is used instead.
